Human Capacity building
Background
Employees are the most important resource of an organisation. They link an organization to the customers and the general outside world. They are the ones who directly interact with customers of an organisation. They are the ones who identify and exploit business opportunities for the benefit of the organisation. Therefore the success of any organisation very much depends on the capacity of the employees to deliver on the goals and objectives of that organisation. The employees must therefore have the competence and ability to deliver the mission of the organisation.
The quote of Abraham Lincoln says, “Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.” The organizations therefore must spend time in training to give employees the capacity to deliver on the mission of the organization.
In light of the above, we have carefully designed capacity building programs to address the training needs or gaps of an individual or organisation in the areas of knowledge, skill and attitude. The programs enable the participants within a short time to acquire practical knowledge which they can immediately apply in the work environment in order to achieve their individual or the organisation mission and goals. The programs are delivered in the most effective, attractive, practical, innovative and participative way under conducive environment in order to allow maximum intake by the participants.
In order to make the programs participative, we deploy a number of tools including the following;
-
Movies/ videos
-
Case study
-
Games
-
Role playing
-
Team building exercises
-
Animation
-
Prezi presentation
