Dear Master of the Universe

When darkness comes all take cover

Men and women

Animals and birds

There is total silence except the noise of the few stubborn creatures and the blowing of the wind

But you remain on duty

For my sake

You keep me safe from all dangers

You take over my life including the heart beat and breathing

You remind me some of the challenges through dreams

You make me walk around the world with you in control but in dreams

You make me experience some of the challenges of life but in dreams

Master of the Universe

There is not one better than in you in the universe

All living and none living things obey you

Dear Master of the Universe

I pray for the wisdom to recognize the central part you play in my life

To remember to continuously acknowledge your presence with me

Master of Universe I pray you take control of my sleep
